The Lago Naples site plan is mostly square with a sloped top right corner with 10 residential buildings ranging from 1 to 4 levels and a clubhouse building. Livingston Road runs north/south of the property on the left side and Radio Road runs east/west of the property on the south side. The northside entrance turns right from Livingston road and enters a roundabout with a fountain that splits two ways to residential buildings, with the clubhouse right ahead. The southern entrance turns north from Radio Road and turns both left and right to residential buildings.
Ample parking is available between all the buildings with handicapped parking near each residential building and also in the roundabout near the clubhouse totalling 14 spaces. There are 5 detached garages throughout the community. The entire community has sidewalks that run to and by each building all interconnecting for pedestrians. Trash and recycling are at the far northwest corner of the complex.
The clubhouse is near the Livingston Road entrance and contains several of the amenities including the outdoor seating with TVs, with firepits, the saltwater pool, residential lake, mail kiosk, putting green, and grills right outside. Pet park is on the far northeast corner of the property and has a dog wash as well. The resident car wash is also close by.
